At PariesFelix, we specialize in made-to-order canvas prints, crafted fresh for each customer to ensure quality and reduce waste. We partner with a leading global print-on-demand fulfillment service to produce and ship your order from the facility closest to your location whenever possible.

 

PROCESSING TIMES
- Your order is custom-printed on demand.
- Average production time: 2–5 business days (most canvas prints take 3–5 days).
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), this may extend by a few days—we'll notify you if significant delays occur.

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are estimates and start after production completes. Total time = processing + shipping.

SHIPPING RATES

  • Rates are calculated live at checkout based on your location, order weight, and size.
  • We offer standard shipping (no express options unless specified).
  • Free shipping may apply on orders over a certain amount (check promotions at checkout).

 

ORDER TRACKING

  • You'll receive an email with a tracking link and number once your order ships.
  • Track your package directly on the carrier's website.
  • If no updates after 10 business days, contact us at info@pariesfelix.com with your order number.

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • We ship worldwide, except to restricted destinations due to legal or carrier limitations (e.g., certain sanctioned regions—current list available on request or in our fulfillment partner's updates).
  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes: For non-EU orders, you (the buyer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your local customs office. These are not included in your order total and vary by country.
  • EU orders include VAT at checkout where applicable.

 

DELAYS, LOST, OR DAMAGED ORDERS

  • We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
  • If your order is delayed beyond the estimate: Wait an extra 5–7 days, then contact us—we'll investigate.
  • Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 20+ days (or carrier confirms loss), we'll reship or refund at our discretion.
  • Damaged items: Follow our Returns Policy—provide photos within 30 days of delivery.

 

INCORRECT OR UNDELIVERABLE ADRESSES

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout—accuracy is your responsibility.
  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect/incomplete address: We'll notify you; reshipping is at your expense (new shipping fee).
  • Undeliverable packages: Refund issued minus original shipping/production costs.
